With high accuracy, extensive functions, and economical price, the PHT-1800 is setting a new market standard. Testing cycles are rapid, and the PHT-1800's memory saves results. The digital output makes reading and recording results easy. Light weight and easy to carry, take this instrument out in the field or use in a shop. The PHT-1800 converts results to all the popular hardness scales: Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers, and Shore. The PHT-1800 has three model options, each with different accessories:

    • PHT-1800C: This model includes all standard accessories plus an NIST Certified Test Block.
    • PHT-1840: This model includes all standard accessories plus a “DL” impact device. The “DL” impact device is used to test gear teeth, grooves, and other confined applications.
    • PHT-1850: This model includes all standard accessories plus a “G” impact device. The “G” impact device is used to test large castings and parts with rough, porous surfaces.
